I may be dying and not know it

So i have been to the doctor, and been on antibotics to get rid of
what i thought was spider bites. But they kept on growing. And
growing, and growing. Now i am at a loss for what to do. I have an
appt with the dermatoligist on tuesday so hopefully he will be able to
give. Me insite to whats going on. I have also gone in and gotten a
parasite zap to kill any parasites i may have. For now i keep it
covered have been with long sleeves or an ace bandage until yesterday
i went out and bought an under armer sleeve to make it not look like
something was wrong. Below are the pics of the growing what ever i
have on or in my arm.....any suggestions?
