So today is day 2 of my month long diet, (possibly longer if it works out). Day one was quite good actually. I am going to be posting what I eat and how many cals I am consuming. So rather than dragging it out longer and farther on my Wonderful World of Keni, you can now get the chance to not read my cooking and weight loss story on here.
