I have been down this road many of times, I know how it feels. You think after dealing with this for the last 20 years I would know when it starts.
Something has been off, I have not been able to put my finger quite on it. It always starts off moment were things just feel odd. There is nothing that starts or causes it. It simply happens. Things at work are great. I got fully converted and am now a regular employee at amazon. On the phones I'm distant and not fully involved like I am normally. my amazing lead and I have been trying it figure it out. We both thought it was because of work....nope.
I am depressed. Not sleeping well. Not getting any exercise. Poor deit, face is breaking out....for me these are it. These are my signs. There is not a trigger that sets these off they slowly build. Nothing matters too much. I don't get as excited as I normally would. And lets not even get started on going out!
I'm a sun person I like my sun, and heat. I don't do well with washington winter. I normally trend to start a mild depression every winter. Now that I have realized what is going on I can start to do something about it! Starting with st.johns wart. And exercise.
I realized this....day one starts now!
As u head up to seattle for fun....we get gas in ellensburg. Because I'm now offically old I peed a million times, but in a cheap had station I found this both funny and disturbing. Funnest comment I found from facebook...."i don't give 2 shits" -david agar
I get a message and taryn wants coffee. Its real early and kahea and I don't want to wake taryn so we head out for coffee and a walk at 7. Well near 11 with head back to the car but we ended up head out and around for finding a starbucks Close.
We ruffly walked approximately 1 mile looking for on and decided just to head to the car. As we approach the car I notice abux across the street......
We need never to talk about this again...
Today I bought mojo another costume....i sure love this. Rather than putting him in cute big boy clothes, I dress him in awesome clothes....aka a catiallar so this is what I do......i think he loves it to a degree
His long nails so long when me walked the carpet taped as he walked. So lets say the time has come to clip the down.
So I wrapped him in into a towel as swadel like as I can get. Now if you know my mojo you know hes quite strong. We fought and after hiding his head I was able ti complete my task, got his nails not only clipped I was able to cut some of his hair growing. Btw I also was able to file his nails.
After a hard shift of work at the call center, Steven and I head up to badger. He had never been. So this was really nice for me. As muscle bound as he is. It was nice to see he was at my pace. Slower actually. I'm sure he was just taking all the TC beauty has to offer at sunset.
Oh yea. Hike was at sunset 30. It was a nice hike, great company great laughs. Still to date best therepy ever!
I started at 12:12 shot one with lime and salt!
Picked mom up from work.
1:30 shot 2 did hair, made brownies
Sometime near 2 shot 3 make up starting to make bread...
This is how my day went I planed maybe starting to be done at 7.... Nope my mom "kendle it's time for your shot!" When Todd came he joined the festivities, he enjoyed a few with me... Joined later by a Facebook friend to have the last few...he had informed me that some where doubles....oops!
By this time my buzz had lasted all day which was nice not to be wasted, that's not what I had wanted for the day as it was. But needless to say it crept on me.....since I was cuddly and cute on my company friend who there may or may not be a crush involved!
On this note let's end this with me attacked my company, and getting sick in the am....high five!
Its been near 3 years since I last went. My goal to eat as much as I can. But eat things I cant get easy. Basically fair food.
When I got there with crystal, we socialized with her brother and his family before we headed out. We did a quick run through the commercial barn with her son and his cousin. After we watched get oldest nephew sell his hog.
Finally after craving food finally I was able to eat. I ordered an order of garlic fries. Quinn allowed me a bite of his corn dog, tito his ribs. Later the boys had bought a chocolate dipped frozen cheese cake. Of course I got the strawberry lemonade. Yum!
Crystal was melting. tito and I needed our gyros before we could leave. Finally finding them w are and enjoyed and left for margaritas at 3 margaritas..
Later I had convenced good ol brandon that we should go to fair...i was all about the food....i still haf pulled pork and funnel cake to still eat. Once there we find the stand for bbq pulled pork he bought I had a bite of his. He sure didn't want to go to the rodeo. So I sure forced/trick him into going...bad me...bad
We sat with chris and marcie, this way chris and brandon can complain together. After we just had a funnel cake. So much fun so much food. However no belly ache, no gained weight. I'm quite happy for my control. I had a flood if memories that came too all over the fair. From handing out with the boys at the steer barn, learning to dance hick, rodeos, ripping wrangler tags....the history was a fun reminder
Have not beeen in years... To a baseball game that is. So my friend brandon and I head out to one. The memories of working with my now beloved sister in law and my always loved brother.
Michelle was like me, a hawker. Walking up and down the stadium selling concessions. Sadly she quite for collage business...
Dustin was the fry guy! Simple as that! Ge made the fries! Every one lived the fry guy and the fry shack fries....
I remember playing charlie angles with since burbank girls, but I can't quite remember who they were in the stadium....dang it....
Any way these are just a few of my memories of the past..
Brandon and I got here late but enjoyed several innings before the amazing smell of the stadium forced us to eat...
1. Disinfect and Deodorize Sponges
Don't throw out the kitchen sponge that smells like last night's salmon. Soak it in water spiked with white vinegar or lemon juice, then heat it on high for 1 minute. (Use an oven mitt to remove it.) This will also disinfect any sponges you used to wipe up the juices from a raw chicken.

2. Cook an Entire Dinner in Under 10 Minutes
Not just the TV variety. We mean braised salmon with green beans and mashed potatoes. Use the microwave for any recipe that calls for braising, poaching, or steaming. Just subtract about three-quarters of the cooking time. Remember to stir liquids often to redistribute the heat, and always take the food out a minute or two before it's completely done, since it will continue to cook.
3. Disinfect Plastic Cutting Boards
Wash the board well, rub it with the cut side of a lemon, then heat for 1 minute.
See More: 40 Simple Shortcut Recipes
4. Soften Brown Sugar
Keep the sugar in its plastic packaging, add a few drops of water, and heat on medium for 10 to 20 seconds.
5. Decrystalize Honey
Honey that has solidified can be brought back to liquid life by uncovering the jar and heating on medium power for 30 seconds to 1 minute.

6. Proof Yeast Doughs
Yeast doughs that normally take an hour or more to rise at room temperature can be proofed in the microwave in about 15 minutes. Place the dough in a very large bowl and cover with plastic. Place an 8-ounce cup of water in the back of the microwave with the bowl of dough in the center, and set the power as low as possible (10 percent power). Heat for 3 minutes, then let the dough rest in the microwave for 3 minutes. Heat for 3 minutes longer, then let rest for 6 minutes. The dough will double in bulk.
7. Heat up Health Aids
You use a microwave to reheat your coffee, so why not use it to heat and reheat gel packs for headaches? (Don't do this with a metal-wrapped pack.)
See More: What I Wish Parents Knew
8. Warm Beauty Products
Warming up a hot-oil conditioning pack for your hair takes about 10 to 20 seconds and feels marvelous, as does briefly heating up a moisturizing facial mask. (Stir the mask and test the temperature with your finger before applying to your face.) And if hot wax hardens when you're only halfway up your calf, reheat it in the microwave. It's much less messy than using a double boiler.

9. Roast Garlic
It takes 45 minutes to roast garlic in the oven but less than 8 in the microwave. Slice off the top of the head to reveal all the cloves. Place the head in a small, deep dish, season with salt and pepper, and drizzle with 2 tablespoons of good olive oil. Spoon 2 tablespoons of water into the bottom of the dish, cover it with plastic wrap, and cook at medium power for 7 to 7½ minutes. Let stand for a few minutes before unwrapping.
10. Get More Juice From Citrus Fruits
A lemon or lime taken straight from the refrigerator is harder to juice than one left at room temperature or warmed slightly. To get the most juice, microwave citrus fruits for 20 seconds before squeezing.
11. Toast Bread Crumbs, and Coconut
The microwave toasts them in a quarter of the time it takes in a conventional oven. Spread them out on a plate and heat on high for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring every minute. Keep in mind that they will continue to toast for about a minute after removal.

12. Warm Tortillas
Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel. Microwave on high (power level 10) for 40 seconds to 1 minute.
13. Toast Pine Nuts and Sliced Almonds
Spread nuts on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave on high (power level 10) in 1-minute intervals, tossing in between, until beginning to turn golden, 4 to 5 minutes.

14. Make Applesauce
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 1 pound peeled and diced apples (Macintosh, Fuji, or Gala are best) with ¼ cup water, 2 teaspoons sugar, and ⅛ teaspoon cinnamon. Cover and microwave on high (power level 10) until the apples are tender, 8 to 10 minutes. Mash with a fork or potato masher.
15. Make Homemade Popcorn
Place ½ cup popcorn kernels in a large microwave-safe bowl with 1 tablespoon olive or canola oil. Cover with a microwave-safe plate and microwave on high (power level 10) until the majority of the kernels have popped, 3 to 5 minutes.
