Such a great day!
Things with me have been well stressful to say the least. Well this morning I woke with a purpose. Not sure what it was but it was something I have been missing. After finishing up wildfire show on netflix, and my daily cereal I took a shower hours before I normally would. Went and returned a product. target for a new bra and boxes for storage.
Once I got home I came out to enjoy my Olive Garden leftovers. I decided I was going to sit out on the patio in the new furnature mom had bought.. I sat out side enjoying the gentel breeze of the june weather eating.while watching dumb mojo eat grass...all before my only 8 hour shift this week. I think today is a good day!

The Truth About the Fat Burning Zone
What is Your Target Heart Rate?
In order to figure out which zone you're in, you first need to figure out what your own target heart rate is. You can do this by using the Karvonen Formula. You can also use any number of target heart rate calculators to get your heart rate zone, but many of them do not incorporate your resting heart rate (which makes it a bit more accurate).
Below is an example of the Karvonen formula for a 23 year old person with a resting heart rate of 65 beats per minute (*to get your resting heart rate, take your pulse for one full minute.):
220 - 23 (age) = 197
197 - 65 (resting heart rate) = 132
132 * 65% (low end of heart rate) OR 85% (high end) = 85.8 OR 112.2
85.8 + 65 (resting heart rate) = 150 112.2 + 65 (rhr) = 177
The target heart rate zone for this person would be 150 to 177
When it comes to cardio, it's up to you and your goals how much you do and how often. For weight loss, most experts recommend 60 or more minutes of moderate intensity activity most days of the week, but if you're a beginner, you may need to start at a lower level of exercise. For beginners, you might start with three days of cardio exercise for 20 or more minutes, adding time each week. If you're an intermediate or advanced exerciser, you can do cardio anywhere from 4 to 6 days a week, keeping in mind that varying your workouts and doing different activities, intensities and durations will offer great weight loss results
Below is a chart detailing a SAMPLE week of cardio workouts for a person who exercises five days a week. This is simply an example of how to incorporate different types of cardio workouts into a typical week. Modify the workouts according to your own fitness level, time constraints, and likes and dislikes.
| Day | Intensity Level | Duration | Examples/Perceived Exertion |
| Monday | High Intensity | Duration: 20-30 minutes | Alternate 1-min sprint with 2 min walking. Perceived Exertion (PE) sprints: 8-9, walking: 5-6 |
| Tuesday | Medium Intensity | Duration: 45-60 minutes | Walking or jogging PE: 5-6 |
| Wednesday | Low-Medium Intensity | Duration: All day | Use a pedometer and try to get 10,000 steps |
| Thursday | Medium-High | Duration: 30-60 minutes | Kickboxing PE: 5-7 |
| Friday | Medium-High | Duration: 30-45 minutes | Elliptical Trainer PE: 4-5 |
| Saturday | Low-Medium | Duration: 30-60 minutes | Walking or aerobics class PE: 4-6 |
Don't forget to:
- Warm up and cool down for each workout
- Drink lots of water (take a sip every 15 minutes during your workout)
- Stretch after your workout
- Eat a small, well-balance snack an hour or two before you hit the gym.
For this person to work in his 'fat burning' zone, he would need to stay around 150 beats per minute or lower. To work within his 'cardio' zone, he would need to work at 150 bpm or higher. This step-by-step article will help you learn more about finding your target heart rate and how to use it.

Found lost dog
thinking my Mojo got out. As I grew closer it was not my pup but a
lost grungy sad lonely dog.. Of course I stop to call it over, see if
it would come near. And it did it even followed me to my door. So I
get permission to have stinky stay the night. Outside in a kennel
providing it water and food of corse.
If this was my dog and it was out wondering the streets I would love
it if some one came and made as much effort as o have to find it's
human! I made a post on craigslist. Called all of the shelters.
Emailed all of the shelters, called every add on craigslist that could
possibly be this dog. So far no such luck. It simply breaks my heart
that a dog can be dismissed by. So many people. By the looks of his
condition no one has made an attempt to find it's home. I wish people
would love more and try and help when the situation arises. I like to
think that this time, I did, and I hope with every fiber of my being
that I find it's home....
I'm calling it an it cause it needs a bath and I sure can't tell. And
a hair cut.

Antelope island national park
Loaded up 26 people into 4 riggs. And headed up 20 miles north to antelope island national park. They fast it's the best way to experience the great salt lake. Which by the way is rumored to have a whale in it. Rumors. Well when we are there we see smooth water which reflects the images of the Wasatch Mountain range. Ever so clear.the water has 8 times the amt of salt that the ocean has.
While we were there we seen antelope and buffalo. They have several buffalo that run free on the site. I of course in all of my awesomeness stood out side the sun roof to get closer view. Kent, susan, devin, and mckenna actually got out of the car and headed towards the huge beasts.

Kent broke the table
Do we are at boondocks here in utah. And theres a slew if people here. So thinking to be nice and move a large table so that more people can sit together..well large table he moves it as a pivot...even tho he had help.
He moved the table and Susan noticed that the leg was crooked...so he kicked the leg to straightened it. Well in doing so the entire leg popped off.. The screws under the table popped off. We moved the table back and prepped the leg back under it...
I strongly advise that no one leans on this particular table...For it is broken.

Racest
So it happens. We all know this. Nothing we can do right? Sadly right. We go out. it happens to be an african resturant turned bar later. I go into the bathroom when I needed to. There were two african americans in there talking about how one of the stalls has no toilet paper. They talked about how they don't know why the owner only had one roll. So to be funny I said oh that's so we can become bathroom friends. Well the one that was applying her make-up where I was looked at me rolled her eyes, and said " look at this White bitch up in here trying to make friends" laughing about it.
My opinion. if you are a victim of constant raciest jokes, do not go around doing the same, it makes you no better than those who do. If you were in my place i would be nice and treat you with the ut-most respect and be polite back at you.
Do unto others as others do unto you. this is my feelings and thoughts. I truly feel like i live by this. I give everyone a chance until you do something to me, than all bets are off.
side not over all a fun night i did have fun and enjoyed my self.

| Tuesday | Medium Intensity | Duration: 45-60 minutes | Walking or jogging PE: 5-6 |
